Diagnose. Design. Stay — until the habit sticks.
Not "assess and vanish." Every engagement follows the same spine: understand reality, name leverage points, implement with your people, hand off playbooks. Here's the timeline clients actually experience.
Discovery Call (Free, 30 Minutes)
No pitch. No deck. Just a real conversation.
I ask about what's broken, what you've tried, and what 'good' looks like for you. You ask me about my approach, my experience, and whether I'm the right fit. If I'm not, I'll say so — and point you toward someone who is.
Engagement Proposal
One page. No padding.
I write a concise proposal covering scope, expected outcomes, method, timeline, and fee. Not 40 slides of methodology diagrams — a clear document we can both hold accountable to.
Context Deep-Dive
I read before I write. I listen before I speak.
I spend the first week understanding your context deeply: interviewing team members (not just leaders), reviewing your existing processes, reading your backlogs, watching your ceremonies. I don't start prescribing until I understand what's really going on.
Diagnosis & Prioritised Recommendations
Problems have root causes. I find them.
Most teams are fixing symptoms. I surface the underlying system dynamics — misaligned incentives, architectural constraints, unspoken team norms — and build a prioritised list of interventions. Highest leverage first.
Implementation & Coaching
This is where most consultants leave. I stay.
I work with your team through the change — not just handing over a document. Facilitated workshops, 1:1 coaching, ceremony observation and feedback, pair working on critical decisions. The implementation is the value.
Review & Handoff
The end goal is that you don't need me anymore.
We review outcomes against the original goals. I write up the playbooks, decision frameworks, and habit loops the team now owns. I do a final session with leadership. Then I step back — and measure success by how little you need me afterward.
What I Expect From You — And What You Can Expect From Me
My commitments to you
What makes it work
Start at step one — free discovery.
Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. Most leaders leave with a sharper problem statement — whether or not we engage.
